At PG Store Nepal customer satisfaction is our priority. However, please note that We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances. We offer exchange only under the following conditions:

🔄 Exchange Policy

• Products can be exchanged within [7/14] days of purchase.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging with tags attached.

• Exchange is only allowed for:

  • Size issues

  • Damaged or defective items (must notify within 24 hours of delivery)

  • Wrong item delivered

💵 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.
However, if the product you purchased was claimed by us to work 100% and it is proven not to work, only then will a refund be issued.

In such cases, the customer must provide video evidence or clear proof of the issue.

Once we verify the evidence, the refund process will begin.

🚚 Exchange Process

1. Contact us at [pgstorenepal07@gmail.com/9823099552] with your bill and reason for exchange.

2. Once approved, we will send the new product from our side. After receiving it, the customer must return the old product to the same delivery person. The responsibility of returning the old item lies with the customer.

📦 Items Not Eligible for Exchange

• offer items, undergarments, or hygiene-related products

• Items returned without proper packaging or damage due to misuse

PG Store Nepal मा हामी ग्राहक सन्तुष्टिमा विश्वास गर्छौं। तर कृपया ध्यान दिनुहोस्, हामी सामान्य अवस्थामा रिफन्ड (पैसा फिर्ता) गर्दैनौं।। केवल Exchange (साटासाट) मात्र सम्भव छ।

• सामान किनेको [7 वा 14] दिनभित्र साट्न सकिन्छ।

• सामान प्रयोग नगरिएको, धोइएको छैन, र असली प्याकिङमा हुनुपर्नेछ।

• एक्सचेन्ज यी कारणहरूमा मात्र मान्य हुनेछ:

  • साइज मिलेन

  • सामान ड्यामेज/फुटेको छ (डेलिभरी भएदेखि २४ घण्टा भित्र जानकारी दिनुपर्ने हुन्छ)

  • गलत सामान आएको छ

    हामी सामान्य अवस्थामा रिफन्ड (पैसा फिर्ता) गर्दैनौं।
    तर, यदि तपाईंले किनिएको सामान हामीले १००% काम गर्छ भनेर दाबी गरेपछि पनि काम नगरेको प्रमाणित भयो भने मात्र पैसा फिर्ता हुनेछ।

    • यस्तो अवस्थामा, ग्राहकले भिडियो प्रमाण वा स्पष्ट प्रमाण पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ।

    • हामी प्रमाण जाँच गरेपछि, रिफन्ड प्रक्रिया सुरु हुनेछ।

2. स्वीकृत भएपछि, हामी नयाँ सामान यहाँबाट पठाउनेछौं। नयाँ सामान प्राप्त गरेपछि, पुरानो सामान सोही डेलिभरी गर्ने व्यक्तिमार्फत ग्राहकले फिर्ता गर्नु पर्नेछ। फिर्ता गर्ने जिम्मेवारी ग्राहककै हुनेछ।
